Please be in prayer for my niece Magen and husband Brian and their newborn son Robert William (aka Billy). Billy was born last night at 10:37 pm after several hours of labor but had to be transferred to the NICU unit in Nashville on oxygen. Prayers for answers from the medical team, comfort and healing for Billy, as well as Magen’s anxiety and health. Thank you

From Susan Davis:
Please keep my brother, Billy Garrette, in your prayers. He was just diagnosed as legally blind and the doctor is sending him to a blind rehab to learn how to live as a blind person. He is 63 years old. He can still see a little bit, but not enough to drive, so he will have to stop driving. He is an addiction counselor at a hospital in Arizona and hopes to be able to continue working for a little while, obviously with some adjustments in his life. A lot to take in for him as he thinks he is invincible. Prayers for understanding, patience and healing. If you would like to send him a card or note of encouragement, I’ve provided his address below. Thank you.

I received the below prayer request from Nicole Keyser for a close friend of hers. Please keepIsak Ruiz and his wife Vivian in your prayers. Isak has been diagnosed with end stage liver disease and needs a transplant. Prayers for answers, guidance, comfort and healing. Thank you.
Isak Ruiz is my friend Vivian’s husband. Yesterday, bloodwork came back that he was dangerously anemic and needed to go to the ER for a blood transfusion. The Dr came in around 1am and informed him that he’s in end stage liver disease. He needs a transplant.
Please pray for healing and guidance as they now have to figure out where to start and all processes.
Thank you,
Nicole Keyser

From Susan Davis:
Please keep my coworker and friend of over 30+ years Lloyd Webb in your prayers. I received a text from his wife yesterday afternoon letting me know Lloyd was at Cobb WellStar Hospital and waiting on an ICU room. They were running several tests on him and said he went into cardiac arrest. Doctor said it could be up to 72 hours before they would know if he’s going to recover and are continuing to monitor. His vitals were okay. His wife Rhonda and his daughters are with him. Please pray for answers, comfort and healing for Lloyd and prayers for his wife and family during this time of uncertainty. Thank you.
From Susan Davis:
Please keep our family friend, Cortland Simons, in your prayers. Cortland will be undergoing surgery today to hopefully correct some digestive and liver issues he has been experiencing. Prayers for comfort and healing and for the medical team performing the surgery. Thank you.
Please keep John Bozeman (and his mom Debra) in your prayers. Debra asked for prayers for John as he is back in the hospital for evaluation. He refused to take his medication that was prescribed to him and had another relapse. John is suffering with some mental issues and is refusing treatment. Debra said they have talked to him and he's in good spirits but he still has not committed to treatment. Debra is asking for healing prayers for John. Whether it be through medication or divine intervention. She said she is leaving it in God's hands and appreciates all who will ask God for answers and for John to accept his situation and heed to the treatment which will help him to handle his life better. Thank you.
From Susan Davis:
My daughter requested prayers for her co-worker, Emily and her family. Emily’s grandmother, Ruth Bernice George, has been ill for quite some time and has been in the hospital. As of last night, they were waiting on some biopsy results to determine if they are going to withdraw care and move her to hospice. Prayers for comfort, the right decisions to be made for Ms. Ruth and healing as only God can give. Thank you.
Please continue to keep Joyce Shonkwiler in your prayers. Received word this morning that she is being released today from the hospital and will be having at home rehabilitation services to help her with recovery. Prayers for continued healing.
Update on Joyce from her family. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. Thank you.
Hi Susan,
Joyce had a blood transfusion on Saturday and it has helped. We are waiting to see if the insurance will approve her for the IRU (in patient rehab unit). She worked with PT today and she is sitting up in a chair. Thanks again for all of the prayers.

Subject: UPDATE - Prayer Request - Joyce Shonkwiler
UPDATE ON JOYCE FROM HER FAMILY-
Good news…Joyce does not require surgery. We are hopeful that she will be discharged today but you know how that goes. She is still in a lot of pain but was in good spirits yesterday. We are grateful for the concern and prayers. I will let you know if she is able to come home today.
Please continue to hold her in your prayers.
Please keep Joyce Shonkwiler in your prayers. Joyce fell and fractured her wrist and hit her head and is in Cobb Wellstar Hospital. She is obviously very sore as well. Their concern is she has a hematoma on her upper arm from the fall that they are monitoring closing to see that it doesn’t form a blood clot. Prayers for answers, comfort and healing for Ms. Joyce. Thank you.
