Update

Good morning,

 I’ve been meaning to send an update but just haven’t taken the time.  Still processing it all.  The biopsy was positive for cancer but they said it was well differentiated which means it has not spread and can be removed.  Doesn’t think additional treatment such as radiation or chemo will be necessary, but can’t be 100% sure until surgery is done and they clarify the stage it is in.  I had an appointment with the Gastroenterologist surgeon last Wednesday and it went well.   I'm now waiting for the WellStar scheduling department to call and set a date for surgery. The surgeon indicated it should be within the next couple weeks.   Hopefully sooner than later.  Thank you for your continued prayers and for reaching out and checking on me!  God’s got this!
